What is the main difference between the Silver and Gold packages

The major difference is the UV dressing protection, the Gold package includes the UV dressing on all interior plastics & dashboards leaving a brand new look on your car.

Does this Silver and Gold include the interior shampoo?

Yes, both Silver and Gold packages will leave the interior of your car feeling like-new!

How can I pay?

You can pay with either cash or online banking. We also provide QR payments as well so you don’t have to worry about pulling your wallet, everything can be taken care of through your mobile phone.

How long will this service take?

Will this remove scratches from my car?

The Silver and Gold interior package won’t remove any scratches since it doesn’t include the exterior polish like our Premium Package would

U may see the pics after detailing....14 year cars privios owner take this car as working transport.After detailing are looking much more better...Take 6 hours to clean up with remove all seats..Value of money!!!!Boss and workers are take good care when remove the seats.The results are surprised me when I pick up my car.Can trust and try them...Sure no regrets.The last pic was before detailing seat.

AWESOME & EXCELLENT SERVICE!You know a business is good when they respond to you swiftly and promptly. I texted them late at night to inquire, and they were quick to reply! I was lucky they had a slot the next day as a customer canceled last minute. The best thing about Mel is that they offer a mobile service, which means they can come to your house to do the detailing instead of us having to go to their shop! It’s so convenient. I stay in Shah Alam, and they are based in KL, so this is a huge plus point for me. Most importantly, their rate is SUPER reasonable, especially for a service that comes to your house (no extra transportation or travel fee, which I love!). And yes, they are professionals who made my 8 year old car look brand new! My kids love to eat in the car, so it was super dirty, but they cleaned it thoroughly inside and out and even removed the seats. It’s sparkling clean, as seen in the pictures! I am so glad I chose their service. Totally worth it!

This is a long promised feedback. I had a chance to send my car for full interior detailing with engine bay wash and an exterior wash. I was very pleased with the result. Can you detail my car at my home or apartment / condominium?

Yes we can! All we need is access to electricity and water. As for those staying at condominium or apartment, please check and confirm with the management before booking an appointment with us.

How long does the detail usually take?

Each detail takes a different amount of time depending on the size and dirtiness of the vehicle. On average it takes 3-5 hours for an Interior Detail job and it takes 4-6 hours for a Full Detail job. Call us for a better idea of time.

What if I don't have access to water or electricity?

We offer At-Shop Detailing service at our Setiawangsa, Kuala Lumpur location. Contact us on 018-3678221 to find out when we could fit you in. You can have a friend drop your car off with you or simply call Grab.
